To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted products after verification by KS INFERNO.
No returns or exchanges are accepted for incorrect size selection,colour preference, change of mind, or personal preference. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order.
A 10% restocking fee and ₹150 return shipping fee apply only to eligible returns where applicable. No restocking fee or return shipping fee will be charged if the product is damaged, defective, misprinted, or an incorrect item was delivered by KS INFERNO.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
